A multi-day virtual event and accompanying social media and PR campaign to create lasting policy change to combat the threats of climate change, and to highlight the essential contributions of indigenous communities all over the world in the area of climate solutions.
The Challenge
Create an event and accompanying campaign that actually pushes the needle when it comes to climate policy and awareness, and provide a forum for indigenous communities to share their knowledge, voice their concerns, and recommend a path forward.

OUR SOLUTION
Each year we created a different style of campaign and virtual event. Our first year was a full 4 day, 18 session live virtual event that served as the centerpiece for a PR and Social Media campaign that reached hundreds of millions of people. We leveraged UNDP’s vast partnership network to push our #NatureForLife and lobbied governments and INGOs for months to secure participation in the events. Our PR managers ensured coverage and attendance by regional and international news outlets.
