Together with UNDP, we are produced the ‘Nature for Life’ hub; a 4-day event on nature-based solutions. We created illustrations and specific content for each social media platform that was going to be used: Youtube, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook.
We brought global and local leaders to the podium, to share their stories on the importance of a healthy ecosystem for sustainable development. 2020-2030 is the decade of action and we wanted to raise ambition for proper nature-based solutions.
We celebrated and highlighted initiatives that had been successful throughout the year. Equator Prize winners in Madagascar, Ecuador and Thailand showcased stories where protecting nature resulted not only in an abundance of clean water, but also empowered communities to have higher incomes, eat more nutritious food, and lead healthier lives.
In different categories we had 10 winners who show the world why we need to refocus our priorities and place nature at the heart of what we do.
