NGOs in Cameroon

Our first stop in Bamenda will be to the Goodness and Mercy Mission, a faith-based NGO providing sustainable support for poverty alleviation with a particular focus on gender equality.  From there, we will trek to the Hope Foundation, a remarkable small NGO that has sustained progress on many fronts.  Please visit their website to read reports of international volunteers, track their measurable outcomes and consider making a donation.

Our organisation is wishing to put up a program on Autism in the Region of Northwest of Cameroon. This is going to be the first. so we need those who have some expirience on how this program can best look in Region to be in contact with us for its effective kick off. we have alrady carried out Identification of some cases in The Bamenda Regional Hospital on the Occation of Drugs donated to the less privledge population in the Hospital. Or linking us with organisation working on this, since autism is seen in our society as cases of witches and wizards. and our population do not yet know much about it.

it is a good thing that most of you are figthing for thesame cause which is “to contribute to the development of children” but i do think a collaborative action has to be taken with regards to the kind of education and life our those in rural communities are faced with.
